Digital products are non-returnable. In the case of non-digital products, only un-tampered and unboxed products shall be considered for return in case they have an explicit return policy.
No services are returnable.
You may choose to cancel any product or subscription at any point in time but no refund shall be provided unless explicitly a refund condition is provided during the purchase of the product.
Any damaged product shall be repaired or replaced as per the provided warranty. Any defective service shall be re-completed if the flaws are pointed out in the review period. Also, if there is a bug in the service or product due to our mistake, we shall resolve or find an alternate to the same.
